Challenge Courts offer open social round robin squash play for both members and guests twice a week, every week!
No need to book…just come and join in whenever you like. All levels welcome! Just turn up at the courts ready to mix in and play against other squash enthusiasts, meet new people, and finish off with a drink and chat with your new friends at the bar!
Competitive Squash League
Mondays 6-9pm – next season commences February 5th!
The San Diego Squash League happens every Monday night, bringing together players of all levels in a seasonal, social team competition.
Each season runs for approximately 12-14 weeks of main round competition (depending on the number of teams registered), followed by playoffs, and culminating with a finals night party!
Intensive Fitness Drill Training
Tuesdays and Fridays, 12 noon – 12:45pm.
An intensive drill program guaranteed to take your fitness and movement to the next level! This training is a great way to organize your physical workouts to optimize effectiveness and efficiency during your lunch hour, and target a wide range of different fitness elements including speed, endurance, and power, as well as help you reach your full potential…on court and off!
