The San Diego Squash Junior Development Program provides a pathway for players from 6 to 18 years old to learn the foundations of squash and develop athletic skills while building a solid technical and tactical foundation that will support long term skill development and progression. It is a 15-week program that runs on Wednesdays and Fridays. Players can choose to train on Wednesdays only, Fridays only, or both Wednesdays and Fridays.

Beginner / Intermediate Program
Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:15pm
The beginner/intermediate junior development program is the preliminary stage of the junior developmental pathway.
Junior beginner and intermediate players will be introduced to fundamentals of the game of squash through games and activities, and learn correct techniques, strategies and training methods that will lay the foundation for future success and enjoyment at any level.
This program focuses on continued improvement of advanced techniques, shot variation and selection, movement and footwork, fitness and athletic ability through specific exercises, drills and competitive match play.
It is an invitation-only program for players with highly-established athletic and technical squash ability, who have an active determination to train hard and compete with a positive attitude.
