Yoga

Our yoga classes are open to both members and guests of San Diego Squash & Fitness!  Come and try one of our weekly yoga classes with our instructor Odessa Rose.  Improve your athletic abilities, increase your flexibility and range of motion, prevent injury, and manage your stress levels…you’ll notice a difference in no time!  Small group classes are held in our wellness studio with between 2-6 people. Classes are $25 for members or $32 for non-members at the following times every week…
  • Mondays 12:00-12:45pm
  • Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm
  • Fridays 5:30-6:15pm
  • Sundays 11:00-11:45am
Odessa was trained in yoga instruction in Bali, Indonesia, and she teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Wall Yoga, and Ariel Yoga. Her practice is rooted in spreading good vibes, helping everyone find their inner strength, and her workouts are dynamic and flexible. Odessa will guide you through poses that will help open your hips, lower and middle back, IT bands, and shoulders, and increase your overall health and athletic ability!
Private one-on-one sessions are also available at a time suitable to you!  Cost for a private session is $60 for members or $75 for non-members.
