San Diego Squash & Fitness offers a number of weekly yoga classes for all levels, open to both members and non-members.

Small group classes are held in our wellness studio with between 2-6 people. Classes are $25 for members or $32 for non-members at the following times every week…

  • Mondays 12:00-12:45pm
  • Tuesdays 6:00-6:45pm
  • Fridays 5:15-6:00pm
  • Sundays 11:15-12pm

Private one-on-one sessions are also available at a time suitable to you!  Cost for a private session is $60 for members or $75 for non-members.
